The issue is now resolved, and was related to a runaway report format function on the Symphony server. All report functions in WorkFlows, including acquisitions, have been restored.

SWAN Member Library Staff:

 

We are currently investigating an issue relating to the WorkFlows Report functions. At this time, reports and report scheduling is inaccessible, but other WorkFlows functions are operating as expected.

We hope to have this issue resolved as quickly as possible. We’ll send additional SWANcoms as soon as further information is available.
