We’ve determined that this issue is affecting Syndetics cover art for all subscribers, including our neighboring libraries and memberships. It appears to be a widespread outage of the Syndetics
servers.
We’ll send an update as soon as additional information becomes available. In the meantime, we’ll post a banner on Enterprise to inform our patrons of the issue.

SWAN Member Library Staff:
We're currently investigating an issue affecting Syndetics cover art in our Enterprise catalog. This issue affects cover images for all materials in the catalog.
Materials appear to be searching, displaying, and holding as expected in Enterprise, but cover images for items are not displaying for any records.
We hope to have additional information soon, and will submit any updates via SWANcom.
