A quick update – it appears this issue should have only affected records modified or entered within the last day.
SirsiDynix has performed operations to temporarily resolve the issue, and tonight’s maintenance reports should resolve it entirely.

We’re seeing one of the overnight maintenance reports last night completed unsuccessfully, which has led to “Keys not indexed” and “Heading not found” errors while searching items in WorkFlows this morning. We’ve already reached out to
SirsiDynix support for assistance in the investigation and resolution of the issue. We believe items in Enterprise should be unaffected.
We’ll send additional information via SWANcom as soon as it becomes available.
