Please route to appropriate staff.

There has been an issue with generic users being selected for collection when we run the report for Unique. To correct this problem, please review your library’s In-House cards, Training cards, etc. to be sure “NO_UNIQUE” is the “Library Defined” for all users who should be excluded from Collection Reports.

To update these records:

• Use the Display User wizard to retrieve the record and select Modify.
• Under the Demographics tab, in the Library Defined category, choose “NO_UNIQUE” from the dropdown.
• Click Save and close.
