Join RAILS Member Engagement Manager, Debbie Baaske at this networking event hosted by the Eisenhower Public Library. Debbie will share the latest RAILS news and answer your questions. You will also have plenty of time to talk with colleagues from other RAILS libraries. All library staff - working in all types of libraries - are invited to attend.

Leah White, Head of Popular Materials at the Ela Area Public Library, as well as a 2012 LJ Mover and Shaker, will join us to present: Have you ever visited an independent bookstore and thought to yourself, “Why aren’t libraries doing this?” Come learn tips and tricks from the indie bookseller trade! We will cover merchandising, books displays, shelftalkers, weeding and much more.

The balance of the meeting will be devoted to sharing the latest news about your library, sharing other library-related news, and networking with colleagues.

Refreshments will be provided.
