The Symphony 3.5.3 upgrade has concluded successfully!

We’ve reenabled the VPN connections to your libraries, so you’re free to login to the server immediately (Offline mode is no longer necessary).

 

A few important things to remember:

  1. You will be prompted to update your staff client upon logging in. Click “No” on the automatic update option.

The SWAN WorkFlows 3.5.3 client is available at the link below and is the preferred installation method. https://support.swanlibraries.net/content/software-downloads

 

  1. Thursday morning reports may experience slight delays due to the extended overnight maintenance process. Please refrain from queuing non-essential reports so that we’re able to catch up quickly.
  2. BLUECloud Analytics reports may be one day behind but will catch up by Friday morning.

 

Last, but not least, you’ll need to have all of your library staff clients updated to 3.5.3 with your FormSite survey submitted (one per library) by November 12th. Please begin these installations now.
