Since ValueLine completed an update to their authentication framework last month, ValueLine resources are no longer compatible with OpenAthens authentication. EBSCO and OpenAthens are aware of the issue, but it appears to be a on the ValueLine end. This issue does not affect patrons accessing ValueLine resources inside your library. It only affects remote access. 

We suggest reaching out to your ValueLine representative to voice your concerns. However, if you have specific questions about the issue or what is causing it, don't hesitate to contact me at joseph@swanlibraries.net.
