We have been working with OpenAthens to configure the Athens proxy to work with Ancestry.com remotely. There have been some technical glitches because Ancestry hasn’t previously been available for remote access. Once we have the redirector links available, I will send them to you through the help ticket you submitted. If you would like to be added to the list and haven’t yet sent in your help ticket, please go ahead and send your request to help@swanlibraries.com.
