SWAN Member Library and Cataloging Staff:

We have received reports of library staff receiving an error message "Heading Keys Need to be Indexed First" when trying to search and display catalog records. Additionally, catalog records added, overlaid, or edited may not be appearing in searches standard number or other access points. We have contacted SirsiDynix and are working to resolve the issue.

Until further notice, please refrain from entering pre-cats and making edits to the bibliographic database since existing records may not be accessible. You may also have difficulty adding items.
