SWAN Member Library Staff:

 

After further investigation, we’ve found that the server outage that occurred this morning at 9:48 was likely preceded by some transactional data loss. This data loss occurred between 9:31 and the outage at 9:48.

 

What this means is that any changes to the Symphony database, including circulations, bib record modifications, and patron record additions were likely lost during that time. Please attempt to recapture any transactions and changes that may have occurred at that time to the best of your abilities.

 

We have determined the root cause of the issue and have taken precautions to ensure no further issues are encountered. We sincerely apologize for the trouble this has caused, and are grateful for your patience as we worked toward a resolution.
