Hello SWAN Board reps—

The meeting agenda and packet for Friday is now posted. This meeting will be held at the Thomas Ford Memorial Library in person. Ted is going to follow up with some information on visiting.

I included a chart for the board committees and the representation we have within RAILS committees. I noted the names of current board representatives on the committees. Within the packet is a written charge for a new working group that is part of the RAILS Consortia Committee. Dawn Bussey and I can detail the discussion that took place on Monday at the committee meeting.

I have included the Sikich proposal in the packet and within my written report I recommend an approach for paying for the consulting work. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me.
