The meeting packet is 49 pages long, 31 of which are our FY17 budget, overview and guidelines. Also included in this month’s packet are job descriptions for our restructuring of the SWAN Bibliographic Services department, the first department we’ve tackled as a part of our strategic staffing analysis and adjustments post-migration and pre- potential Futures changes.

We do not anticipate that this meeting will go into/past lunch so will not be providing a meal – we actually have 3 applicant interviews set up for potential new Special Projects Coordinator starting at 12:30 on Friday, so we are hoping to definitely wrap things up by then.
