Hi Ruth,
The discussion at the SWAN Board meeting regarding your question concluded with this decision. If there is a majority “no” vote, the SWAN Board will discuss this at its next board meeting. A “no” vote means that SWAN cannot move forward with a purchase from the capital reserve funds, so it would mean that the SWAN Board will have to have an understanding of what is needed to get the approval.
