SWAN Board members:

I have some brief impressions from RAILS Finance Director Jim Kregor about the proposals received in response to the SWAN audit bid. I can share those at the Monday meeting but after I review these proposals myself. Since these bids were received in a quick turnaround, we had the deadline on Wednesday this week and we meet on Monday, Jim didn’t have time to read them over in great detail.
