SWAN Board Members:

The negotiations on a final lease ran all the way until the last minute. We now have a lease negotiated and ready for SWAN Board approval.

Should the SWAN Board require some changes to the lease, our attorney Roger Ritzman has suggested a possible resolution for the SWAN Board:

“RESOLVED, I move we authorize our Board President, with input from our Executive Director, to execute the Lease Agreement for 800 Quail Ridge Drive when the Lease Agreement is in a form acceptable to our Board President.”

As a reminder: David Seleb will not be in attendance tomorrow.
