The agenda item #8 “Approve Letter of Intent for New Facility” will have documents sent out separate from the online packet. Due to the fact that negotiations with three facility providers are ongoing, we do not want to tip our hand.

Due to the number of agenda items and anticipated discussion, we are providing lunch on Friday. If you are unable to stay past a specific hour, please email me directly so we can coordinate in advance. I already am aware of Sheila not being able to attend the entire meeting, and Anne having to leave prior to noon.
