There are two agenda items for discussion that I have provided background on within my Executive Director report. Those two agenda items are a “leave donation/leave sharing policy” for SWAN employees, and the orientation & engagement of new library directors in SWAN.

Please note that Tim Jarzemsky will not be able to attend the meeting on Friday.
