SWAN Board,

As noted at the last SWAN Board meeting, Rodger is going to retire at the end of the year and will leave the SWAN Board after the December meeting. Attached is his formal resignation letter.

Rodger will not be at the Friday, October 16 SWAN Board meeting this week.
