Hi SWAN Board & SWAN Staff:

I am arranging for a one day event for SWAN staff and the SWAN Board to come together for a strategic planning session. I have planned for a facilitator for the event, and lunch will be included. The purpose of the meeting is to come together for a strategic directions conversation. SWAN has some big changes ahead of us, so coming together to talk about them is very important.

The three dates will be sent out in a Doodle poll email, which you will see are all in the same week. My preference is to have our meeting on a day prior to the Thursday, June 2^nd SWAN Quarterly meeting. I believe this will help us be better prepared to talk with the member libraries, and work towards an updated two year plan.
