Hello SWAN Board,

I met with the Strategic Planning Committee on Friday last week and there was a suggestion to move the SWAN Board meeting out to Friday, January 25^th due to some unavailability. I would like a quick check in with you all if this is possible.

This poll has the original January 18^th date, plus the suggest January 25^th rescheduled date.

January would be the meeting where the final strategic plan is approved, along with the FY20 budget version that would go to the membership for the February 5^th COW. It would be great if we can ensure all 7 board members can make it!
