Not to be the Grinch, but this (RAILS closing) is another reason why we need to be housed in our facility with the ability to stay open on the decision of our Executive Director and the Board President.

SWAN Libraries:

 

RAILS has closed the Burr Ridge location where SWAN is headquartered. SWAN staff will stay home today. Our support number will be monitored for only emergency situations by our answering service, as it is on weekends.

 

You can refer to our support website for details on our Help Desk ticket system, or Forms used to report standard Millennium tasks (Broken Hold, Locked Record, etc.).
