Hello SWAN Board,

As promised we have compiled a small supplemental packet of information to accompany our agenda Item 10. Administration Department Restructuring, attached.

This document begins with an overview of our review and vision for the restructuring of this department. There then follows four position descriptions, three of which we would be proposing at this time and one (Assistant Director) that is a potential idea we’d like to get your feedback on for possible future use. Also a point of note, the Operations Manager role would replace the current Office Manager position, so though it is a new position it wouldn’t be a +1 to the staffing count. This is to reflect the current responsibilities of this role, combined with expanded facilities manager duties.

We hope that this overview will provide a good baseline for an open dialogue on our ideas and some thorough feedback on Friday. Please let us know if you have any questions in the meantime!
