SWAN Board Members,

I am the moderator of the official SWAN Board list. I just released two replies to Rich’s email, but I want to remind everyone we should refrain from discussions or decision making via email per OMA. Nothing wrong here, just a word of caution!

While all of you can email each other directly or as a group, I would encourage you to utilize this swanboard@list.swanlibraries.net so that in the event I need to respond to FOIA, we can do so easily. Brande Overbey and I am the only other persons on this list. I am the sole moderator/email releaser.
