SWAN Board,

 

The vote threshold of 64 was crossed midday Wednesday. I would like to have the Oct 12^th SWAN Board Special Meeting have an action item to ratify this vote. On Monday, I shared a draft agenda for the Oct 12^th meeting with Ted and Stacy, but it did not include an action item for Green Hills. The vote went so fast!

 

Joseph Miller and our SirsiDynix project manager are eager to get started, so I will sign off on the SirsiDynix project quotations for the one-time migration costs. The Green Hills board of trustees signed the SWAN agreement last week, so that requirement is complete.

 

P.S. We got our reimbursement check from Chicago Public Library Wednesday too!
