Hello SWAN Board:

As we’ve shared with you at the previous Board meeting, we have a Strategic Planning event coming up next Wednesday, 6/1 at Thomas Ford Public Library (thanks Anne!). Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided during this event, which the SWAN staff will also be attending (apologies in advance; I will not be in attendance as I had a previously scheduled conflict that could not be rescheduled). Kathryn Deiss will be facilitating the event for us. I’ll be placing a food order next week, so please let me know if you have any food allergies or concerns that I should be aware of and am not already. I will likely order from Corner Bakery again, since I know this is typically a safe bet with our staff and that their food is consistently good (and healthy).

We hope for a fun and productive event next week and are grateful for your participation in helping us to formulate a new Strategic Plan! Let me know if you have any questions at all.
