Hi Brande,

Thanks for starting this project. It might make sense to just pull the section of the bylaws up for review, add the comment and put these pages together as a document.  Let me know what you think—that way we won’t have to flip through pages that don’t need to be addressed.

Hi SWAN Board,

I’m getting started on compiling all the wonderful bylaws feedback I’ve received so far, and will take a stab at creating a redline doc for you for April’s meeting if I’m able to do it in a way that makes sense (otherwise, we can do it together at that meeting if that works better).

If you have any last feedback to share with me, please share it with me by week’s end. I hope to have the project all wrapped up by next week.
