This month’s packet is 91 pages long. Though the packet is lengthy, it is primarily the budget draft document, the RAILS-SWAN agreement, and the RAILS-SWAN sustainability plan for review that make it so. I know we have a few folks planning to be absent, so please let us know if you are unable to attend so we can assure our quorum. No lunch is planned since I am thinking we will wrap up prior to lunch.
