SWAN Board,

Today we met with all the SWAN staff and reviewed changes to the departments and our staffing plan. I have attached a PDF document for the SWAN Board to review prior to Friday’s meeting. I will be making a membership announcement tomorrow and include a version of this document. Please note this version has on the cover “For SWAN Board” which includes some background information on the position changes on pages 6 and 7 that will not be included in the membership document version.

These changes were a combined effort of the management team.
