ByLaws revisions—there are some changes that will likely require some in depth discussion
Group Purchase—there is a background report on the opportunity to have SWAN public libraries participate in an EBSCO database package, which I will be looking for your direction on how to proceed for the COW on 2/4
FY21 budget and fees draft #2—the narrative has been updated, along with some of the expenses and fees
