The meeting agenda includes an action item to approve the SirsiDynix contract extension, but I do not actually have the final version of the contract yet. Once I have that document, I will email it to you all separately.
We will discuss the Electronic Attendance Policy for the SWAN Board at the meeting. I have included the policies from Tinley and Itasca libraries, but feel free to share with me your library’s policy and note any suggestions. Otherwise
we can discuss the changes at the meeting.
Additional note: our goal is to release the RFP document tomorrow! I will issue a news post and SWANcom about the milestone on this project.
