This packet is 151 pages long. The bulk of our meeting will focus upon the SWAN-LINC-MAGIC discussion, including the Intergovernmental Agreement (included in its 100 page entirety in the packet) and the Whitepaper for membership. We will also be reviewing our revised FY17 budget for the September 1^st Quarterly meeting, and discussing the draft Quarterly agenda. Aaron will be sending you some follow up documentation via a separate email once that is work is completed this weekend but we wanted to get the packet to you ASAP.

Because this is likely to be a lengthy discussion, I will be ordering us lunch for the day from Corner Bakery. If you’d like anything special ordered, please email me by next Monday evening at the latest.
