Hello SWAN Board:

As we discussed in previous board meetings, in order to prepare for our revised FY17 budget presentation at the September Quarterly meeting it will be best if we hold an August Committee of the Whole meeting to begin to present the information to the membership and address any questions that they will have.

Following the plan for COW meetings being held the 2^nd Tuesday of the month at 9:30am, we would be looking at Tuesday, August 9^th for our meeting. I will have an Action Item to vote this date into place at our July board meeting, but for the time being please save the date to ensure that we have a quorum.
