Attached are two supplemental documents for your review, and for discussion as a group on Friday.

1. Kate Boyle’s notes from her meeting 6/19/17 with RAILS regarding the ongoing delivery issues.
2. The Bylaws Committee’s updated redline document. Tiffany and Stacy will walk you through this document at the meeting. We made many updates to bylaws to reflect all of the feedback received, and there are a few areas of content that would need to be discussed/determined as a group as well.
