Just wanted to send a quick email to let you know that we will NOT be in our usual conference room A tomorrow, but instead in B. A was already booked way back when I first made the meeting, but I neglected to mention this change in yesterday’s email.

B is the other small conference room, off the side hallway a little further into the building.
