SWAN Board—

The Personnel Committee met yesterday with Ted, Julie, and Jesse in attendance, along with Dawne and Ginny, and there was agreement with my recommendation that we remain with LIMRiCC for the 2021 insurance renewal year.

That said, we do have some nice alternate options to explore. I will continue to explore these and have those ready in case we feel those should be enacted on.

There is a “law” in the software development world “given enough eyeballs, all bugs are shallow.” This is good advice for SWAN in having your eyes looking at a problem and coming up with multiple options and asking good questions.
