Subject: [SWANboard] Fund Transfer: Two Officers Needed

SWAN Board,

We have a rare occurrence in SWAN where we need to transfer money from the MaxSafe account with Hinsdale Bank to the Illinois Funds US Bank checking account. Normally we move funds the other way: from the checking to MaxSafe savings.

The big payment to SirsiDynix of $327,535 cleared August 24^th and the balance in our checking account is lower than I would like it to be for SWAN operations. Sharon and I think an amount transferred around $240,000 should take care of things.

In order to initiate the wire transfer, *we need two officers present at Hinsdale Bank, 25 E 1st St, Hinsdale, IL 60521.* Please let me know if two officers are available on Friday to assist me with the transfer. I know David has to leave the meeting right at 12:30pm. I suggest two officers come with me to the bank after the meeting concludes on Friday. Maybe we can grab lunch right after we transfer the money?

Note: even a cashier’s check requires two officers to be at the bank in person.
