I have some good news. The FOIA request sent to Cook County Treasurer office sent the remaining tax reports. I have updated the SWAN Membership Fee chart with that information and you can now see the revised fee chart along with the board packet.

Couple notes:

We still need Roselle’s tax report, and I need to double check about Bensenville Community Library about tax revenue from Cook County as well. But we have as near a complete fee chart
Some libraries have larger fee increases than others, and the answer to that is either a bond payment is no longer deducted (Glen Ellyn & Batavia) or the tax revenue increased quite a bit in 2020 (Harvey)

I will continue to look at these fee changes, but I wanted you to have the latest version.
